Cancelling the Reservation over Parts of Reserves in Village of Putaruru, Auckland Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1939.
Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for police purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and doth hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a police-station over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said lands, being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in Putaruru Town District containing by admeasurement 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, being part Section 3, Block V, Village of Putaruru, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District: Bounded, towards the north by Section 2, Block V, Village of Putaruru, 300 links ; towards the east by other part of Section 3 following a right line bearing 197° 20' distance 300 links; towards the south by part Section 4, Block V, Village of Putaruru; and towards the west by Oxford Street; be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/79B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plans 13675, 29872.)

SECOND SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in Putaruru Town District containing by admeasurement 3 roods 34·9 perches, more or less, being part Section 4, Block V, Village of Putaruru, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District : Bounded, towards the north by part Section 3, Block V, Village of Putaruru, 300 links; towards the south-east by other part of Section 4 following right lines bearing 197° 20' distance 247 links, bearing 260° 02' distance 337·66 links; and towards the west by Oxford Street, be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/79c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in District of Tamaki, City of Auckland, North Auckland Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for plantation purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for access purposes:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for plantation purposes to a reserve for access purposes.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the City of Auckland, Block X, Rangitoto Survey District, containing by admeasurement 15·5 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under number 19153, and being parts of Allotments 19 and 20, District of Tamaki. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2596A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Changing the Purpose of Portions of Reserves in Borough of Lyttelton, Canterbury Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1939.
Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto form portions of reserves duly set apart as and for sites for public buildings for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the Borough of Lyttelton and so long as the same or any part thereof shall not be built upon for general municipal purposes:

And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such lands shall be changed to a reserve for a public school-site:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of those portions of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto are hereby changed from reserves as and for sites for public buildings for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the Borough of Lyttelton and so long as the same or any part thereof shall not be built upon for general municipal purposes to a reserve for a public school-site.

SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 26·2 perches, more or less, being parts of Reserves 35 and 36, situated in the Borough of Lyttelton, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Reserve 1372, 355·98 links; towards the south-east by St. David Street 45·76 links; towards the south-west by other parts of Reserves 35 and 36, 248·99 links and 107·02 links; and towards the north-west by Oxford Street, 46·15 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/693A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
