Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the aforesaid Ordinance and by subsection two of section twenty-nine of the Acts Interpretation Act, 1924, do hereby appoint
John Leo O'Connor, and
William Arthur Gardiner
to be permanent trustees and members of the corporate body appointed under the said Oamaru Racecourse Reserve Management Ordinance, 1870, by the name and style of “The Trustees of the Oamaru Racecourse,” in the place of the said Michael Joseph Hannon and Kenneth Teesdale Austin.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board has presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor-General, praying that the boundaries of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District (hereinafter referred to as the “said district”) be altered so as to include therein the areas described in the aforesaid petition :
And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of the said district in manner hereinafter appearing :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section five of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Amendment Act, 1933, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said district are hereby altered so as to include in the said district the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AREAS INCLUDED IN THE AUCKLAND AND SUBURBAN DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
All that area in the Borough of Mount Eden bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1 on Deeds Plan No. 550, being a point on the southern side of Landscape Road, distant 200 links from the eastern side of Dominion Road ; thence in an easterly direction following the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District boundary along the southern side of Landscape Road to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1 on D.P. 21098, being a point distant
209-09 links from the western boundary of Three Kings Road ; thence in a south-westerly direction following the Mount Eden Borough boundary (Gazette, 1925, page 2912) to the northern boundary of Allotment 91 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland ; thence in a westerly direction generally along the northern boundary of aforesaid Allotment 91; the crossing of Parau Road, the northern boundary of Allotment 116 of aforesaid Section 10, the crossing of Cross Street, and again Allotment 116 to the south-western corner of Lot 20 on D.P. 19285 ; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of part Allotment 115 of aforesaid Section 10, the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 4 on D.P. 20567, and another part of the aforesaid Allotment 115, the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 12 and the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 11 and 1 all on Deeds Plan 550 to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the Borough of Mount Eden, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 17 on D.P. 7015 ; thence in an easterly direction following the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District boundary along the southern side of Landscape Road to the north-western corner of Lot 4 on D.P. 7015 ; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundary of Lot 4 aforesaid to its south-western corner ; thence in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of Allotment 80 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, and the north-eastern side of Three Kings Road to the south-eastern corner of Lot 22 on D.P. 7015 ; thence in a northerly direction along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 22 aforesaid, a right line across Rewa Avenue and the south-eastern boundary of Lot 17 on D.P. 7015 to the point of commencement.

All that area in the Mount Roskill Road District, bounded by a line commencing at a point where the south-eastern side of Beagle Avenue, produced, meets the middle-line of Mount Albert Road ; thence in a south-easterly direction generally following the boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District along the middle-line of Mount Albert Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 54 on D.P. 17448 ; thence in a south-westerly direction along a right line and the south-eastern boundary of Lot 54 aforesaid to its southernmost corner ; thence in a north-westerly direction generally along the south-western boundaries of Lots 54, 53, 52, 51, 50, 49, 48, 47, 46, 45, 44, 43, 42, 41, a road reserve, 40, 39, 38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, and 29, all on aforesaid D.P. 17448, Lots 2 and 1 on D.P. 24678, Lots 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, and 19 on aforesaid D.P. 17448, the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 84 and 85 on D.P. 20551, and the south-western boundary of Lot 86 aforesaid, to Beagle Avenue ; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the south-eastern side of Beagle Avenue and its production to the point of commencement.
