Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the above-named company duly
convened and held on the 22nd day of May, 1939, the
following special resolution was duly passed:—
(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That REGINALD HARRY SMYTHE, Company Secretary,
of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for
the purpose of such winding up.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the
company will be held at the office of Leggott and
Allport, Public Accountants, A.M.P. Buildings, Timaru, on
Wednesday, the 21st day of June, 1939, at 2 p.m., to receive
a report showing the manner in which the winding up of the
company has been conducted and the assets of the company
disposed of.
