In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Alfred Peter Jensen,
Robert Bruce Humphrey,
Charles Mabey,
Job Mabey, and
Thomas Henry Verry
to be the Tutaekara Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. T. H. Verry, Konini, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Sheffield Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-nine, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Agricultural and Pastoral Association's Room, Sheffield, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
SHEFFIELD DOMAIN.—CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less, being Reserve numbered 2377, situate in Block XIII, Oxford Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards the north-east by the Main West Coast Road, 1255 links ; towards the north-west and south-west by Reserve 1241, 1398.1 links and 1607 links respectively; and towards the south-east by a road-line, 1441.7 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/495, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
