LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of certificates of title in the names of AUGUSTIN JOSEPH McEVEDY, of Linton, Farmer, and ELLEN MARY McEVEDY, his Wife, for all those parcels of land containing—Firstly, 118 acres 2 roods 4 perches, being Rural Sections 3, 4, and 5 on the plan of the Township of Fitzherbert, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 2, folio 110; secondly, 117 acres 39 perches, being Rural Sections 6, 7, and 8 of the said township, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 2, folio 111; thirdly, 39 acres 3 roods 6 perches, being Rural Section 2 of the said township, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 24, folio 208; fourthly, 48 acres being Rural Section 1 of the said township, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 27, folio 134; fifthly, 54 acres 0 roods 3 perches, being Rural Section 64 of the said township, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 48, folio 202; and application having also been made to me for the issue of a provisional mortgage No. 138699, affecting all the said lands and given by the said Augustin Joseph McEvedy and Ellen Mary McEvedy to Margaret O’Connor, of Wellington, Widow, Patrick Francis O’Connor, of Palmerston North, Jeweller, John Joseph O’Connor, of Levin, Farmer, Catherine Bourke, Wife of Michael Francis Bourke, of Napier, Theresa Mary Collins, Wife of Cyril J. Collins, of Auckland, and Ellen Mary McEvedy, Wife of Augustin McEvedy of Wellington, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificates of title and the said mortgage No. 138699, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificates of title and provisional mortgage No. 138699 as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month from the date of publication of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice:—

No. 1683, MARY ANN RAYNER, being 14 acres 1 rood 29 perches, and being that part of Sections 123 and 139, District of Takaka, lying between the Crown-grant boundary of the Waingaro River and the present bank as shown on plan 2686, and 2 acres being part of the said section 123, shown as “Old Church Site” and being Lot 3, plan 2686, both parcels occupied by applicant.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of two new certificates of title in the name of PETER LAUGHTON, of Ahuriri, Farmer, for (1) 293 acres 3 roods 19 perches, more or less, being Section 32 and part Section 33, Block VII, Glenomaru District, together with such parts of the mines of coal or other minerals (if any) under the surface of other part said Section 33, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 192, folio 126, Otago Registry, and (2) 5 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less, being part Section 30, Block VII, Glenomaru District, shown on deposited plan 2692, and being all the land contained and described in certificate of title, Vol. 180, folio 291, Otago Registry, and a Provisional Memorandum of Mortgage No. 86588, from the said Peter Laughton to the Trustees, Loyal Dalton Lodge number 5218, M.U.I.O.O.F., affecting the said parcels of land, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificates of title and memorandum of mortgage, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificates of title and provisional memorandum of mortgage at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
