Suburban Land in Wellington Land District for Selection
on Renewable Lease.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Wellington, 9th May, 1939.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section
is open for selection on renewable lease under the
Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the
District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, up to 4 o’clock
p.m. on Monday, 26th June, 1939.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at
the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, on Wed-
nesday, 28th June, 1939, at 10.30 a.m., but if any applicant
is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land
Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of
the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is
required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot the first
half-year’s rent, broken-period rent, lease fee, and amount
of weighting for improvements.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—SUBURBAN LAND.
Eketahuna Borough.—Block V, Mangaone Survey District.
SUBURBAN Section 184, Town of Parkville: Area, 3 acres
0 roods 24 perches. Capital value, £16; half-yearly rent,
8s.

Weighted with £17 5s. (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising felling, stumping, grassing, and 18 chains
of fencing.

This section is situated fronting Marchant Street about
one mile and a quarter from Eketahuna, access being by
one mile of bitumen road and one quarter mile of unformed
road. It is flat land, felled and grassed, but is broken by
a small gully. Borough facilities would be available.

Land in Wellington Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Wellington, 9th May, 1939.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land
will be offered for sale for cash by public auction at the
District Lands and Survey Office, State Fire Building,
Wellington, on Tuesday, 20th June, 1939, at 2.30 o’clock p.m.,
under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—SUBURBAN LAND.
Kaitoke County.—Block VI, Huna Survey District.
SECTION 50, Block V, Town of Kākahi: Area, 2 roods.
Upset price, £5.

Weighted with £1 14s. (payable in cash) for improvements,
comprising half-share 9 chains boundary fencing.

This section is situated half a mile from the Kākahi Post-
office, Railway-station, and School, access being by formed
pumice road. The land is flat in front to undulating at the
back.

of 213 Jervois Road, Auckland, W.I., Salesman, was
this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting
of creditors to be held at my office, Law Court Building,
High Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 19th day of May,
1939, at 10.30 o’clock a.m.

Assignee in Bankruptcy of the property of the above-
named Henry Crabtree Frost, and on reading the notice
of motion for order approving composition and annulling
adjudication and the report of the Official Assignee filed
herein on the 26th day of April, 1939, and hearing Mr. G. S. R.
Meredith of counsel for the Official Assignee and Mr. E. L.
Thwaites of counsel for the above-named Henry Crabtree
Frost, it was ordered that the Order of Adjudication, dated
the 3rd day of April, 1935, against Henry Crabtree Frost,
of Auckland, Tinsmith, be annulled.
