Regulation made under the Pharmacy Act, 1908.

WHEREAS under section 18 of the Pharmacy Act, 1908, the Board may make Regulations, subject to the approval of the Governor-General in Council: Now, therefore, the Board makes the Regulation following:—

  1. The Mater Misericordiæ Hospital, Mountain Road, Epsom, Auckland, is approved as a place for the service of apprenticeship under the conditions set forth in section 3 of the Pharmacy Amendment Act, 1922, and in accordance with section 43 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1938.

Given at Wellington, this 7th day of March, 1939.
