Trustees of Rongotea (formerly Campbelltown) Cemetery appointed.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint The Manawatu County Council
to be trustees of the Rongotea Public Cemetery, formerly known as the Campbelltown Public Cemetery, as described in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management of the said cemetery.

RONGOTEA PUBLIC CEMETERY
(formerly known as Campbelltown Public Cemetery).
SECTION 384, Block VIII, Te Kawa Survey District, Wellington Land District: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 29 perches, more or less.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Warrant appointing Conciliation Commissioner under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by section forty of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Michael John Reardon
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act; appointment to date from the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

Declaring Crown Land in Auckland Land District to be subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as the “said land”) is Crown land not acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, but is adjacent to certain land acquired under the said Act and known as the Hikui Settlement and can conveniently be disposed of therewith:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and five of the said Act, and on the recommendation of the Dominion Land Purchase Board, and after considering the report of the Auckland District Land Board, do hereby declare the said land to be subject to the said Act to the intent that it shall hereupon be deemed to be portion of the said Hikui Settlement and may be disposed of accordingly.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—THAMES COUNTY.
PART Section 19, Block II, Tairua Survey District: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 18 perches. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/24842 “A,” deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 29880.)

Land permanently reserved in the Marlborough Land District for Water-conservation Purposes.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes of the said section mentioned:
And whereas by the three-hundred-and-sixtieth section of the said Act it is provided that land temporarily reserved under the said three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section may, at the expiration of one month, but not later than six months, after the publication in the Gazette of notice of such temporary reservation, be permanently reserved, and that notice of such permanent reservation shall be published in the Gazette:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by the Warrant dated the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and published in the Gazette of the ninth day of that month, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for water-conservation purposes:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the land described in the Schedule hereto for water-conservation purposes for which purposes the said land was so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 15,199 acres, being the southern moiety of Pastoral Run No. 151, situated in Blocks I, II, V, and IX, Leatham Survey District, and Blocks IV, V, VI, VII, and VIII, Raglan Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/6/14A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 8th day of May, 1939.
