IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Francis James Horace Barrett,
Herbert Campbell,
Alfred Francis Wybrow, and
Victor Hugo

to be the Waikawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at seven-thirty o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Currie’s Hall, Waikawa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—OREWA DOMAIN.
ALL those areas in Waitemata County, Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, containing by admeasurement 52 acres 1 rood 1·9 perches, more or less, more particularly described as follows :—
All that area containing by admeasurement 26 acres 3 roods 3·9 perches, more or less, being Allotments 344, 345, 346, 347, part Allotment 319, and part Lot 2 of Allotment 238, Waiwera Parish: Bounded towards the west and north generally by public roads and towards the east and south generally by the sea.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 25 acres 1 rood 38 perches, more or less, being Lot 101 of Allotment 279, and part Lot 1 of Allotment 238, Waiwera Parish: Bounded towards the north-west generally by a river-bank reserve and Lots 92 to 97 (inclusive) of aforesaid Allotment 279; a public road, Lots 102 to 110 (inclusive) of aforesaid Allotment 279, a public road, Lots 111 to 128 (inclusive) of aforesaid Allotment 279, and a public road; towards the south-east generally by a public road; and towards the south-west generally by the Orewa River.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the Gazette of the fifteenth day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Taieri Mouth Domain, and doth hereby appoint

The Bruce County Council

to be the Taieri Mouth Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at two-thirty o’clock, p.m., as the time when, and the County Office, Milton, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TAIERI MOUTH DOMAIN.—OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods more or less, being Block X, Town of Hull.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 13, Block IV, Town of Hull.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 16 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section 9 and Lot 2, Land Transfer Plan 3157, being parts of Sections 4 and 5, Block XXIV, Waihola Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Crown lands, 600 links; towards the east by high-water mark and Crown land, 4506·5 links; towards the south-west by a public road 541·5 links; towards the north-west and south-west by Lots 10, 11, and 12, L.T. Plan 2665, 679·3 links; and towards the north-west by a public road and part of Sections 3 and 2, aforesaid Block XXIV, 3524·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Lot 3 of L.T. Plan 3157, being part of Section 5, Block XXIV, Waihola Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 549 links; towards the east by Crown land, 797 links; towards the south by Section 6, aforesaid Block XXIV, 504·5 links; and towards the west by Lots 14, 15, and 16, L.T. Plan 2665, and Lots 1 to 8, L.T. Plan 3137, 1115·45 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that area containing by estimation 17 acres, more or less, being the island situated at the mouth of the Taieri River commonly known as Taieri or Moturata Island, and now numbered as Section 10, Block XXIV, Waihola District.

As the same is more particularly shown on the plan numbered L. and S. 1/797A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
