Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block V, Waitara Survey District, Clifton County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waitara Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 27 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. 5698, being part Section 74, Waitara East District, and part Section 5, Tikorangi District; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 23·4 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Section 4, Tikorangi District, part Section 70, Waitara East District, and Lot 1, D.P. 5698, being part Section 5, Tikorangi District, and part Section 74, Waitara East District; coloured green.

All situated in Block V, Waitara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7667.)

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99499, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of May, 1939.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—HENDERSON TOWN DISTRICT.

ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total area of 1 acre 2 roods 29·9 perches, more or less, situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, being Lots 1, 3, 4, 10, 11, and 12 of the plan numbered 20253, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being parts of Allotment 90, Waikomiti Parish. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/5740, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of May, 1939.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of May, 1939.
