THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation as a site for a customhouse
and other Government buildings over the land described in
the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the
said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available
for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Whangaroa County, containing by
admeasurement 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being
part Allotment 52, Kaeo Parish, situated in Block VII,
Whangaroa Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point where the generally eastern side of a
public road meets the generally western boundary of part
Allotment 52, Kaeo Parish, on D.P. 1562; thence towards
the north-east and south-east generally by parts Allotment 52,
Kaeo Parish, following right lines 133° 36', 213·8 links and
215° 39' 30", 474·1 links, respectively, and towards the south-west and north-west generally by a public road. As the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 6/3/431A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red. (North Auckland plan 29379.)

April, 1939.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all
other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent
to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for
the purposes of a hospital.

Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent
to the Thames County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct
the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such
land being no longer required for the public work for which
it was acquired.
