Altering the Boundaries of the Otago Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Otago Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District being portion of the County of Clutha and the Town District of Clinton bounded by a line commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Otago Electric-power District as at present constituted, being the north-western corner of Section 6, Block 20, Clutha Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally along the north-western boundaries of Sections 6, 4, and 2, Block 20, aforesaid, to the north-western corner of Section 12, Block 19, Clutha Survey District; thence westerly generally along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections L.T.P. 659 and 12, Block 24, Sections 11 and 12, Block 29, Sections 11 and 12, Block 3, all in Clutha Survey District, the north-eastern boundary of Sections 15 and 16, Block 1, Warepa Survey District, to the north-western corner of the said Section 16; thence northerly, westerly, again northerly; thence westerly along the Warepa Survey District boundary to the extreme northern corner of Section 15, Block 3, Warepa Survey District; thence southerly to the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block 3, Warepa Survey District; thence westerly; thence northerly along the boundaries of Blocks 3 and 5, Warepa Survey District, and crossing a public road to the western boundary of the Warepa Survey District at the Waiwera Stream; thence southerly along that boundary and the said stream to the eastern corner of Block 24A, Kuriwao Survey District; thence westerly generally along the northern boundary of the said Block 24A, the north-eastern boundary of Block 4, Kuriwao Survey District, to the Kuriwao Stream forming the north-western boundary of the Kuriwao Survey District; thence across that stream and proceeding in a north-westerly direction along the north-east boundary of Block 15, Waipahi Survey District and across a public road to the north-western corner of Section 17, Block 15, aforesaid; thence westerly generally along the north-eastern boundary of the said Block 15, including the public road crossings to the north-eastern corner of Block 5, Waipahi Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Block 6 to the north-eastern corner of Section 12, Block 7, Waipahi Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Block 2 to the eastern boundary of the Waipahi Survey District; thence northerly along that boundary to the south-western corner of Section 1, Block 13, Pomahaka Survey District; thence easterly generally along the southern and eastern boundaries of the said Section 1, including a public road crossing the southern boundary of Section 12, the western and southern boundaries of Section 21, across a public road, the southern boundary of Section 20, all in Block 13, aforesaid, to the western boundary of Block 12, Pomahaka Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of Block 12 and crossing public roads to the south-western corner of Lot 55, Block 12; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Block 12 to the Pomahaka River, forming the boundary of Block 3, Pomahaka Survey District; thence southerly generally along the northern bank of the said river to the western boundary of Block 6, Pomahaka Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of the said Block 6 to the south-western corner of Section 1, Block 7, Pomahaka Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundary of the said Section 1, including a public road crossing, the southern boundaries of Section 30, 2 of 31, 34, and 35, to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 35, all in Block 7, Pomahaka Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of Block 5, Pomahaka Survey District, to the south-western corner of the said Block 5; thence easterly generally along the south-western boundary of the Pomahaka Survey District to the south-eastern corner of Block 4, Pomahaka Survey District, aforesaid; thence again easterly generally along
