A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Otahoua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 11·2 Lot 1, D.P. 7551, being part Section 44, Tupurupuru District; coloured blue.
6 1 23·7 Section 1, Tupurupuru Settlement, being parts Sections 44, 52, 54, and 55, Tupurupuru District; coloured red.

Situated in Block XIV, Otahoua Survey District. (S.O. 20174.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101634, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of March, 1939.

Defining the Middle-lines of Portions of Roads in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-lines of portions of roads desired to be constructed over Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, shall be those defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

FIRST, commencing at a point on the western boundary of Orakei 4A 2A Block, 1·6 chains from the north-western corner thereof, Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 11·7 chains, and passing through the said Orakei 4A 2A Block and terminating at a point on the southern boundary of the said Orakei 4A 2A Block approximately 3·1 chains from the south-eastern corner thereof; secondly, commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the said Orakei 4A 2A Block approximately 2·65 chains from the north-western corner thereof, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 3 chains, and passing through the said Orakei 4A 2A Block, and terminating at a point on the middle-line first described; thirdly, commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the said Orakei 4A 2A Block approximately 3·6 chains from the north-eastern corner thereof and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 8·75 chains, and passing through the said Orakei 4A 2A Block, and terminating at a point on the middle-line first described; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same are delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102683, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and shown A–B, C–D, and E–F, respectively.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of April, 1939.
