LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 642,
folio 242 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land
being Lot 15 on Deposited Plan 11099, and being portion of
Allotment 190, of the Parish of Takapuna, whereof JAMES
DAVID SALMOND, of Dunedin, Presbyterian Youth
Director, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with
me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate
of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention
to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the
expiration of fourteen days from the 19th day of January,
1939.
Dated at the Land Registry Office at Auckland, this 13th
day of January, 1939.

259 (Marlborough Registry), for all that parcel of land containing 101 acres I rood and 2 perches, more or less, being
Sections 115 and 116, District of Kaikoura Suburban, whereof
JOHN MACKLE, of Kaikoura, Farmer, is the registered
proprietor, and application having been made to me for the
issue of two new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice
is hereby given of my intention to issue such two new
certificates of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen
days from the 19th day of January, 1939.
