Land proclaimed as Road in Block VIII, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Hokonui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
4 acres 0 roods 9·2 perches.
Being part Lot 124, D.P. 342, being part Sections 310 and 368.
Situated in Block VIII, Hokonui Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R 718.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102106, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1939.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94725, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
