LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 32ยท3 perches.
Being portion of Section 60; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 4ยท8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 60; coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Benger Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. B 76.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104023, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1939.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Gore Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 2 perches.
Adjoining Section 53, Block VIII, Gore Survey District. (S.O. R. 518/79.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105243, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1939.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of roads in Silverpeak, Waikouaiti, and North Harbour and Blueskin Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby declare the land comprised in the closed roads that intersect the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be added to the said reserve.
