Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Technical School in the Borough of Petone.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a technical school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 18·07 perches. Being Lot 15, D.P. 8102, and being part Section 6, Hutt R.D.
Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 20404.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105697, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 14 acres 0 roods 36 perches.
Being portion of the land shown on D.P. 11049, being part Rural Section 96, Township of Sandon.
Situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District. (S.O. 20388.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105541, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for irrigation purposes (raceman’s cottage); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 9 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 3494, being part Rural Section 30140.
