Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not
required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown
land subject to the Land Act, 1934.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 3 roods 9-45 perches.
Being portion of Suburban Section 199 (D.P. 100), Township
of Folking, being part Subdivision A, Manchester Block.

Situated in Block XIV, Oroua Survey District (Borough
of Feilding). (S.O. 20357.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105234,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
December, 1939.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Quarry and a Road
in Block III, Lewis Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes
of a quarry and that the Crown land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a
road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3 acres
2 perches.
Being part Section 9; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood
5 perches.
Being part Section 9; coloured yellow.

All situated in Block III, Lewis Survey District (Nelson
R.D.). (S.O. 9078.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102819,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
December, 1939.

Roadman’s Cottage in Block III, Lewis Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the portion of Public
Reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for the purpose of a roadman’s cottage; and I do also hereby
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-nine.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in
the City of Auckland.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school
and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of
Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-nine.

more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
105609, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
December, 1939.
