Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Native School in Blocks III and IV, Waoku Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1938, at page 425, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 9595, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 2 acres 0 roods 18 perches.

Being portion of Waima North A 6f Block.

Situated in Blocks III and IV, Waoku Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30159s.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103215, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, as extended by section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Kawhia South Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also do hereby resume the land described in the Third Schedule hereto.
