N OTICE is hereby given that the above-named company, by resolution dated 16th day of November, 1939, went into voluntary liquidation and appointed the undersigned as liquidator.
At a meeting of creditors held on the 16th day of November, 1939, the company's nomination of liquidator was approved.

Notice to Creditors to Prove.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of RAUMATI MOTOR CAMPS, LTD. (in Liquidation).
THE liquidator of Raumati Motor Camps, Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, hereby fixes the 16th day of December, 1939, as the last day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and in the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Matamata County Council proposes under the provisions of the abovementioned Acts to execute certain public works—namely, the legislation of road deviations within the County of Matamata—and for the purposes of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate at Tirau, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the 23rd November, 1939, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, at the County Office, Tirau.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 20th day of November, 1939, the following special resolution was duly passed:—
"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. WILLIAM WALLACE WESTWATER, of Morrinsville, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."
