Portions of Ingram Road, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1939.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight (in so far as it affects the portions of street described in the Schedule hereto and coloured red on the plan mentioned therein), viz. :—

“ The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Ingram Road, Remuera, fronting Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 on D.P. 311, and Lots 18, 19, 26, 27, and 28 on D.P. 369, of Allotment 49, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern sides of the portions of Ingram Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern sides of all those portions of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Ingram Road, fronting Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, D.P. 311, and Lots 18, 19, 26, 27, and 28, D.P. 369, of Allotment 49, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101710, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Taieri Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz. :—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Taieri Road abutting on part of Allotment 7, D.P. 51, Township of Broughton ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Taieri Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Taieri Road, fronting part Lot 7, Township of Broughton, being part Section 16, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102141, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of Road, in the County of Taieri, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1939.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taieri County Council on the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight (the portion of road affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto and being shown by red colour on the plan mentioned therein), viz. :—

“ The Taieri County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taieri, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of road adjoining Allotments 4 and 6, the Henley Estate ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-western side of all that portion of road, situated in the Otago Land District, County of Taieri, fronting Allotments 4 and 6, D.P. 552, Henley Estate, being portions of Sections 37 and 2 of 38, Block VI, Maungatua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101655, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
