A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Onewhero Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 33 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 76, Allotment 3 of Allotment 77, and part Allotment 78, Puni Parish.

Situated in Block II, Onewhero Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26875.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101321, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of March, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Kaniere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio-receiving and direction-finding station-site) as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
