A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Coneburn Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of March, 1939.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 2 acres 2 roods 25 perches.

Being portion of Section 2 of 10, and part Section 3 of 12 ; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 1 rood 8·8 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 2 of 10, and parts Sections 2 of 11, and 3 of 12 ; coloured green.

All situated in Block I, Warepa Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. W 208.)

All in the Otago Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99740, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of March, 1939.
