Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks XV
and XVI, Hangaroa Survey District, Cook County.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Hangaroa Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
4 acres 0 roods 5.5 perches.
Being portion of Section 42, Block XV, Hangaroa Survey
District; coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre
2 roods 6.3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 52, 53, and part 43,
Block XVI, Hangaroa Survey District, coloured green.

All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103634,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
November, 1939.
