Land proclaimed as Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Block I, Waipu Survey District, and Block IV, Matakoe Survey District, Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waipu and Matakoe Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto ; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of November, 1939.
