Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Recreation-ground in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a recreation-ground; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 2 acres 1 rood 26.4 perches. Being portion of Sections 73 and 74, Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District (Borough of Green Island) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 1061 Tn.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104466, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of November, 1939.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block V, Harataunga Survey District.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 4.7 perches. Being portion of Paraoarahi Block (D.P. 2517). Situated in Block V, Harataunga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30228.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104034, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of November, 1939.
