NOTICE is hereby given that on the 12th day of October, 1939, there was filed in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington an order made by the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 12th day of October, 1939, ordering the name of Robert Duncan Herme Swindley to be restored to the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
