EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of memorandum of lease No. 8275, from His Majesty the King as lessor, to ELEANOR GIBSON ISAAC, late of Dunedin, Widow (now deceased), as lessee, of Lot 4, Block VI, Township of South Lumsden, plan No. 127, being also part of Section 241, Hokonui District, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 119, folio 224, Southland Registry, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 12th October, 1939.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of the UNION CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-named company held at the registered office, Vivian Street, Wellington, on Saturday, 30th September, 1939, the following resolution was passed:—

“(1) That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

“(2) That Mr. C. S. Hogg, Public Accountant, Wellington, is hereby nominated as liquidator for such winding up.”
