A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell,
Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Forest
Hill Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Maioro Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
1 acre 3 roods 21 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 167, Parish of Waiuku West;
coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre
2 roods 32 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 167, and Lot 4,
D.P. 9188, being part Allotment 163, Parish of Waiuku
West; coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Maioro Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 30101.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
103567, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.
