Notice of Intention to issue an Order in Council revoking the Reservation over the Waipuku Domain, Taranaki Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

WHEREAS by section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act"), it is provided that the Governor-General may from time to time by Order in Council, but subject to compliance with the requirements of subsection two of section seven of the said Act, declare that the land comprised in a public domain or part thereof shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, may declare either that such land shall be a public reserve for the purposes of Part I of the said Act, or Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924:

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto is known as the Waipuku Domain, but is not required for domain purposes, and it is expedient to revoke the reservation over the said land:

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby give notice, pursuant to subsection two of section seven of the said Act, that it is my intention to issue an Order in Council under the provisions of section forty-one of the said Act declaring that the Waipuku Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924.

WAIPUKU DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

Sections 45, 47, 49, and 51, Village of Waipuku, Block IX, Huiroa Survey District: Area, 2 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 21st day of September, 1939.
