LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a Provisional Lease for 100 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 16, Block VII, Apiti Survey District, Waterson Settlement, and being the whole of the land in lease under section 4 of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, registered in Register-book, Vol. 24A, folio 219 (Wellington Registry), of which KEITH JOHN WATERSON, of Apiti, Farmer, is registered proprietor, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue the Provisional Lease as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
