And notice is hereby further given that the said Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to stop portions of a road in the Uawa County passing through the Mangaheia 1b 2A 1, 1b 2B, and 2D Blocks, which road proposed to be stopped is more particularly described in the Second Schedule hereto :

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken and of the road so required to be stopped is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situated at Tolaga Bay, in the said county in New Zealand, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works, and by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the 8th day of December, 1938, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers: And all persons objecting to the said proposal to stop the said road, must lodge their objections in writing at the said office of the Clerk to the said Council on or before the 20th day of January, 1939.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work—namely, the laying off and establishment of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken :

And notice is hereby further given that plans of the said lands so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council situated in Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, and are open for inspection, without any fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice—namely, the 30th day of November, 1938—to the Clerk of the said County at the County Offices, Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti.
