School Colours.

THE following claim for the registration of school colours, &c., has been made in accordance with the regulations published in the New Zealand Gazette on 12th August, 1915, and amendments thereto.
The claim will be registered unless objection is received by me within forty days of the publication hereof.
TAKAKA DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL.
Colours: Dark blue and silver grey.
Badge: Dark blue shield with silver grey band, fern leaf across the top, the letters T.D.H.S. in monogram and a lighted lamp in the left and right top corners respectively, and an open book in the lower section. The shield resting upon a scroll bearing the motto “In Nitendo Virtus.”
