Aspiring; thence to and along the summit of the Southern Alps and the Spenser Mountains to the northernmost corner of Amuri County, the place of commencement, including all boroughs and town districts situated therein, and Chatham Islands and adjacent islands.

OTAGO PROVINCIAL DISTRICT.

All that area bounded towards the north generally by the Westland and Canterbury Provincial Districts, hereinbefore described, from the northern shore of Big Bay to the mouth of the Waitaki River; thence towards the south-east generally by the sea to the mouth of the Waipati River; thence bounded towards the west, south, and south-west by Southland and Wallace Counties to Sutherland Sound; thence towards the north-west by Sutherland Sound and the sea to the northern shore of Big Bay, the place of commencement, including all boroughs and town districts situated therein, and all adjacent islands.

SOUTHLAND PROVINCIAL DISTRICT.

All that area bounded towards the north and east by the Otago Provincial District, hereinbefore described, from Sutherland Sound to the mouth of the Waipati River; thence westerly, north-westerly, and north-easterly by the sea to Sutherland Sound, the place of commencement, including all boroughs and town districts situated therein, and Stewart and adjacent islands.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Road of less Width than 66 ft.

WHEREAS in the opinion of the Minister of Lands it is inexpedient, by reason of the fact that the land shown upon the plan of the Town of Moonshine affecting part of Section 212, Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, is intended to be used wholly for residential purposes, that Belle Vue Road shown thereon should be of the width of 66 ft.;

Now, therefore, I, Frank Langstone, Minister of Lands, do hereby, in pursuance of the power conferred upon me by section seventeen, subsection one, of the Land Act, 1924, and of every power me thereunto enabling, authorize the laying-off of Belle Vue Road of a width of not less than 50 ft.: Provided always that it shall not be lawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected any building at a less distance than 33 ft. from the middle of such road.
