PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notices dated respectively the 19th day of March and the 22nd day of May, 1931, and published in Gazettes Nos. 23 and 45 of the 26th day of March, and the 4th day of June, 1931, at pages 720 and 1705, declaring Waikohu A 1 and other blocks to be subject to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), by excluding therefrom the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto.
