Land proclaimed as Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Block II, Huiroa Survey District, Inglewood County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Huiroa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 1·1 perches.
Being portion of Section 11; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 8 and 11; coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
LAND TAKEN.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 24·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 11; coloured blue.
All situated in Block II, Huiroa Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7645.)
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100445, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Heao Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
2 0 35 Part Lot 1, D.P. 5335, being part Section 16, coloured blue.
3 1 29·6 Part Koiro No. 7 Block; coloured red.
Situated in Block II, Heao Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100624, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1938.

Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 19·3 perches, more or less, being Section 44R, Block VIII, Wakaiia Survey District, and being road closed by Proclamation dated the 15th day of December, 1909, and published in the Gazette of the 22nd day of December, 1909, page 3300. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2581A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 24 acres 0 roods 9·2 perches, more or less, being part Section 44, Block VIII, Wakaiia Survey District, being part Run 326, Wakaiia and Garvie Survey Districts, permanently reserved as an endowment for education by Proclamation published in Gazette dated 31st August, 1876, page 610, and apportioned for primary education by notice published in a supplementary Gazette dated 12th June, 1878, page 841. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2581A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon edged purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of December, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the Owhango Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said Owhango Domain.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 21, Block III, Owhango Township (formerly closed road), Block IV, Kaitieke Survey District: Area, 2 roods, more or less. (Wellington plan S.O. 20139.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
OWHANGO DOMAIN.—WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 5 to 16, Block III, Town of Owhango; Sections 5 to 16, 21, 22, and 23, Block IV, Town of Owhango; all in Block IV, Kaitieke Survey District; and Section 47, Block X, Hunua Survey District: Area, 15 acres 0 roods 16 perches, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of December, 1938.
