The Export Licenses Regulations, 1938.

IN pursuance of clauses 2 and 15 of the Export Licenses Regulations, 1938, I hereby declare—
- That the following goods shall be subject to the said regulations :—
Scrap metal.
Gold exported through the post-office.
- That the following goods shall for the time being not be subject to the said regulations :—
Bona fide gifts.
Goods being bona fide passengers’ baggage and effects.
Goods exported temporarily for repair and return.
Goods exported to the South Sea Islands provided that the Collector is satisfied that the quantities so exported are not in excess of the usual quantities shipped by the exporter concerned.

SPECIAL ORDER.
Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waimate West County Council, held on Wednesday, the 14th day of September, 1938, the following resolution was passed, and was duly confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the Council held on Wednesday, the 9th day of November, 1938.
Resolution.
“That, pursuant to section 2 (sub. 1) of the Counties Amendment Act, 1931, the Waimate West County Council doth hereby declare by special order as follows :—
“That all Ridings Accounts be abolished by declaring that sections 121 and 131 of the Counties Act, 1920, shall not apply to the Waimate West County Council.”
Dated at Maniaia, this 14th day of November, 1938.
