consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Gisborne Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Donner's Bush Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 15 acres, more or less, situated in Block III, Turanganui, and Block XV, Waimata Survey Districts, being portion of Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Gisborne under No. 2848, and being part of the Whataupoko No. 9 Block, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 88, folio 248, Gisborne Registry.

Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Manaia Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Manaia Domain Board.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 12, Block XIV, Town of Manaia: Area, 1 rood, more or less.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Ohakune Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ohakune Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Borough of Ohakune containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being part of Section 7, Ohakune Village Settlement, Block V, Karioi Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by right lines commencing at a point on the Mangawhero Terrace distant 251·57 links from the westernmost corner of Section 9, Ohakune Village Settlement, and proceeding thence by lines bearing 131° 44′ 15″ for a distance of 276·99 links, 221° 44′ 15″ distance 181·89 links, and 311° 44′ 15″ distance 270·92 links to the Mangawhero Terrace ; thence in a north-easterly direction by the said terrace for distances of 45·41 links and 136·63 links to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered 20157, lodged in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the River View Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 4 acres, more or less, being part of Section 94A, Square 170, Block II, Tutaki Survey District, and bounded on the west by Chelgrave Street, on the south by Essex Street, and towards the north-east by the remaining portion of Section 94A, Square 170. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1051A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
