Ohura, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.

of the Rukuhia Domain.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys
received in respect of the Pukearuhe Domain, described in
the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the
credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding forty pounds
shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving
the Rukuhia Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
