Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November, 1938.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Courthouse in the Borough of Bluff.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a courthouse; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 11·63 perches.

Being portion of Section 1, Block I, Town of Campbelltown.

Situated in the Borough of Bluff. (S.O. 110/8.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100884, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of November, 1938.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 11·63 perches.

Being portion of Section 1, Block I, Town of Campbelltown.

Situated in the Borough of Bluff. (S.O. 110/8.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100884, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 10·6 perches.

Being portion of part Lot 14, D.P. 669, being part Wellington-Manawatu Railway Allocation Block 24.

Situated in Block XIII, Kaitawa Survey District. (S.O. 3091.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91119, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November, 1938.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 26 perches.

Being portion of road.

Situated in Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1173, green.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95373, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1938.
