Additional Land at Andrews taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Napier Railway to take further land at Andrews in addition to the land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 22·5 perches.
Portion of Section 54, Hutt Registration District, Block IX, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County. (S.O. 20182.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5444, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of November, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land near Shag Point in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Block III, Moeraki Survey District, Waihemo County.
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5430, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue and purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of November, 1938.
