EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 639, folio 278 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land containing 254 acres 1 rood 38 perches, being all the land on Deposited Plan 7013 and being portion of the Whakamarawa Number 2 Block situated in Block XII, Aongatete Survey District, whereof ALFRED LANGDOWN SHARPLIN, of Whakamarawa, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and evidence of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage Number 220643 (Auckland Registry), affecting the above-described land whereof SARA JANE FRIEDLANDER, of Auckland, Widow, is the registered mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title and for the issue of a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 17th day of November, 1938.
