Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Weber Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1938.

Present:

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four
of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Finlay Alexander Cameron,

George Septimus Hales, and

Richard McLean

to be the Weber Domain Board, having control of the land described in the
Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the fourteenth day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at eight o'clock
p.m., as the time when, and the Weber Public Library as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

HAWE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.--WEBER DOMAIN.

SECTION 51, Block V, Weber Survey District : Area, 10 acres 0 roods 30
perches, more or less.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion of the Ormond
Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the Purposes of the Te Puia Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1938.

Present:

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by
section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect
of that portion of the Ormond Domain described in the First Schedule
hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said portion, a
sum not exceeding ten pounds shall be applied in managing, administering,
and improving the Te Puia Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.-PORTION OF ORMOND DOMAIN.

ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, containing by
admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being the section
marked "Bush Reserve," and being the land referred to in the Order in
Council dated 1st August, 1910, and published in Gazette No. 75 of the 4th
of that month, at page 3115.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.--TE PUIA DOMAIN.

SECTIONS 27 and 28, Te Puia Suburbs : Area, 9 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more
or less.

Section 137, Te Puia Suburbs, being the Ratahi Lagoon : Area, 6 acres 3
roods, more or less. (Gisborne Plan G.P. 1926.) Also Sections 1 to 5 and
10, Block IV, Te Puia Township : Area, 3 acres 3 roods 36Β·7 perches, more
or less.

Directing the Sale of Land in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District (Bulls
Town District) under the Public Works Act, 1928.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1938.

Present:

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him
by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the
land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required
for the public work for which it was acquired.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold : 2 acres 2 roods
28Β·5 perches. Being Lots 24, 25, 27, 29, and 37, Block C, Town of Bulls,
being part Block III, Rangitikei Registration District, and being also part
D.P. 2647.

Situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100907, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Portion of Fulton Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the
Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1938.

Present:

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act,
1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Dunedin City Council on the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-eight, viz.:--

"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control
of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the
provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act,
1928, shall not apply to the northern side of portion of Fulton Road
abutting on part Section 48, Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri District";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at
any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of portion of
Fulton Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago
Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Fulton Road, fronting part Section
48, Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99595, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged
red.
