Land taken for Water-works Purposes in the Borough of Napier.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water-works purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-

Being
0 0 10.4 Part Suburban Section 17; coloured red.
0 0 2 Part Suburban Section 17; coloured blue.
0 0 10.3 Part Suburban Section 17; coloured yellow.
Situated in the Borough of Napier (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1194, green.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100782, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1938.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Queenstown as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1938.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Hawke's Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 0 roods 18 perches.
Being portion of part Lot 3, D.P. 6187, and being part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block.
Situated in the Borough of Napier (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1188, green.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100741, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1938.
