Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.--Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the New Zealand Institute of Automobile Engineers, Incorporated, is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington District, Wellington Registry; in the matter of Part IV of the Administration Act, 1908, and in the matter of the Estate of GEORGE WARREN RUSSELL, late of Eastbourne, near Wellington, Retired.
NOTICE is hereby given that in the Supreme Court at Wellington on the 16th day of September, 1938, an order was made that the estate of the said George Warren Russell, deceased, be administered by the Official Assignee, Wellington, under the provisions of Part IV of the Administration Act, 1908 ; and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, Justice Buildings, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 11th day of October, 1938, at 10.30 a.m.
Proofs of debt for claims against the said estate must be lodged with me on or before the 27th day of October, 1938.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of NEW ZEALAND AUTOMOBILES REALIZATION, LIMITED, a company duly incorporated and carrying on business at Christchurch.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 23rd day of September, 1938, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £59,850 to £55,125, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of September, 1938:
And further take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following :—
“The capital of New Zealand Automobiles Realization, Limited, is £55,125, divided into 63,000 shares of 17s. 6d. each, instead of £59,850 divided into 63,000 shares of 19s. each. Upon registration of this minute each of the said shares shall be deemed to be fully paid up.”

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 23rd day of September, 1938, the following special resolution was duly passed :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. JOYCE WILLIAM HYLAND, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

FREDERICK WALTER MILLER, of Wanganui, Branch Manager, heretofore called and known by the name of FREDERICK WALTER STEINMULLER, hereby give notice that on the 16th day of September, 1938, I renounced and abandoned the use of my said surname of Steinmuller and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Miller: And, further, that such change of name is evidenced by a deed dated the 16th day of September, 1938, duly executed by me and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wanganui on the 20th day of September, 1938, under No. 2098.

JOHNSONVILLE TOWN BOARD.
CONVERSION OF LOANS.
WHEREAS the Johnsonville Town Board did at a special meeting held on Wednesday, the 14th day of September, 1938, resolve :— “That, pursuant to the provisions of and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act. 1932-33, section 20 of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1935, and the Johnsonville Town Board Loan Conversion Order, 1938, the Johnsonville Town Board hereby resolves to issue new securities in conversion of the existing securities specified by the Order in Council dated the 1st day of September, 1938, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 66 on the 8th day of September, 1938 : “And did appoint Wednesday, the 28th day of September, 1938, as the date for the meeting of the said Board to confirm the said resolution : And whereas notice of the said meeting and its purpose has been duly advertised, in accordance with the said section 9, in the Dominion newspaper on the 16th day of September, 1938, and in the Evening Post newspaper on the 17th day of September, 1938, this Board does now resolve that the said resolution of the 14th day of September, 1938, be hereby confirmed.” Dated at Johnsonville, this 28th day of September, 1938. JOHNSONVILLE TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Part II of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, and the Johnsonville Town Board Loans Conversion Order, 1938, the Johnsonville Town Board hereby resolves as follows :— “That, for the purpose of providing the half-yearly instalments of principal and interest in respect of the new securities authorized to be issued by the Johnsonville Town Board under the above-mentioned Act and Order in conversion of existing securities issued in respect of the loans set out in the First Schedule to that Order, the said Johnsonville Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny and fifty-three sixty-fourths of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property comprised in the district, and that suc special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such securities and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year until the last maturity date of such securities, being the 3rd day of October, 1948, or until all such securities are fully paid off.” R.
