The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration.

Wellington, 3rd October, 1938.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Auckland Tile Layers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1757, situated at Auckland, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
