HUKAWAI GOLDMINING COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that a special general meeting
of shareholders of the Hukawai Goldmining Company,
Limited, will be held at the registered office of the company,
No. 79 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the 11th
day of October, 1938, at 4 p.m., to consider, and if thought
fit, pass the following resolutions :—
-
“Resolved as an extraordinary resolution in pursuance
of section 221, subsection 1 (c), of the Companies Act, 1933,
that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that
the company be wound up voluntarily.” -
“That Mr. RICHARD BERRY HAMEL, of Dunedin,
Solicitor, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the com-
pany.” -
“That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be
5 per cent. on the amount received by him on the sale of
the company’s property, plant, machinery, and huts.”

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of R. WILSON AND COMPANY, LIMITED (in
Voluntary Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-
named company held at the office of the company at
Marton on Saturday, 17th day of September, 1938, the
following special resolution was passed :—
“That it is desirable to reconstruct the company and
accordingly that the company be would up voluntarily, and
that FRED PURNELL be and is hereby appointed liquidator
for the purpose of such winding up.
“That the said liquidator be and is hereby authorized
to consent to the registration of a new company to be named
‘ WILSONS (RANGITIKEI), LIMITED,’ with a memorandum
and articles of association to be prepared with the approval
of the directors of this company.”
