A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Otamatea Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Areas of the Pieces of Land proclaimed as Road. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 29 2 27 5 1 10 Part Puketotara Block Te Uaki Block (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 29051.) IX and XIII IX Otamatea ,, P.W.D. 98099 ,, Red. Blue.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of January, 1938.
