Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the
Native Land Act, 1931, I, George Vere Arundell,
Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native
land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed
by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said
Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown
land.
SCHEDULE.
OHUANGA North 3A l Block, Pihanga Survey District : Area,
90 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
January, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land
in Motueka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
20.9 perches.
Being part Section 144, Motueka Original District.
Situated in Block IV, Motueka Survey District (Nelson
R.D.). (S.O. 827r.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97647,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
February, 1938.
