NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the shareholders of the N.Z. Cattlecake and Oil Company, Limited (in liquidation), will be held at the offices of Chambers, Worth, and Chambers, Grey Building, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 28th day of September, 1938, at 10 a.m.

Business—To receive the liquidator’s account of the winding up of the company, showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of. Also to give any explanations which may be required.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

I, ROY MATHESON GUNN, of Dannevirke, hereby give notice that I have sold my interest in the White Bus Service and Mangatira Service Station to WILLIAM HAROLD ROBERTS, of Dannevirke, and that the partnership of myself and the said William Harold Roberts is dissolved as from the date hereof.
